The very act of deciding, with intention, that you will develop your leadership skills sets you apart from others. You have decided to improve yourself, to elevate your self-worth, and to become a new version of yourself that is better than the you, you were in the past.

Leaders need to self-motivate. They can no longer rely on others to tell them what needs to be done. If you think about it, you become the first persion you will lead. As you accomplish great things the other people around you will begin to see you as someone to watch, align with and eventually follow.

If you think about it, you become the first person you will lead.

The best leaders eventually build other leaders in their wake. Helping others to grow becomes their purpose in life. It is powerful and rewarding to help people advance in their journey through life. When you help others do this, they become better leaders, helping to develop everyone around them.

It is your continuous decision to choose to improve leadership skills
